Terms of Use

Last updated 2026-09-26

These terms apply to your use of Posteena, the web app at this address. By using Posteena you agree to them; if you do not, please do not use it.

1. The service

Posteena is a free set of tools — notes, a password vault, invoices and a digital footprint viewer — that runs in your browser and stores your data in your own Google Drive. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued at any time without notice.

2. Your Google account

The tools that store data need a Google account. You are responsible for that account and for following Google’s terms. Posteena acts only on your instructions, within the permissions you grant, and you can revoke them at any time.

3. Your data

Everything you create in Posteena is yours. It is stored in your Google Drive, not by Posteena, so you are responsible for keeping backups. The author of Posteena has no copy of your data and cannot restore anything that is lost or deleted.

4. The password vault

Your master password or passkey never leaves your device. If you lose it, nobody — the author of Posteena included — can open your vault. If you choose to store passwords without encryption, they are readable by anyone with access to your Drive.

5. Invoices

Posteena helps you prepare invoices, but it is not tax, legal or accounting advice. You are responsible for the content and numbering of your invoices, the taxes on them and their compliance with the law that applies to you. Check every document before you send it.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Posteena for anything unlawful, to infringe the rights of others, to misuse Google’s services through it, or to disrupt the service or the people using it.

7. No warranty

Posteena is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the author of Posteena is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of Posteena or your inability to use it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The current version is always on this page with its date; using Posteena after a change means you accept the new version.
